Voice, Breath, and Presence

When I’m not immersed in the world of acting, I channel my passion into teaching yoga—a practice I’ve embraced and shared for many years. Teaching yoga has not only deepened my own self-awareness but also opened doors in the voice-over and wellness industry. I’ve written and narrated guided meditations for platforms like Sleepiest and regularly contribute as a meditation narrator for Calm and Sleepiest.

Teaching yoga is more than an honor—it’s where I find grounding, presence, and connection. In a world that moves so quickly, yoga offers a rare chance to slow down and return to community. When we surrender to the full experience, we leave feeling lighter, more energized, and at peace in both body and mind.

As a yoga teacher, my goal is to support each student in recognizing their own body, boundaries, and rhythm—with curiosity and compassion. I also incorporate yoga philosophy into each class, enabling practitioners to carry the awareness cultivated on the mat into their daily lives. Applying yoga off the mat isn’t always easy, but it’s essential to truly experience its benefits.

One of the practices I’m most passionate about is chanting mantras (Kirtans)—the sacred Sanskrit songs of Yoga. I’m especially drawn to their vocal expression. These traditional chants:

…melt the heart, fill the mind with purity, and generate harmony and divine love. They are an excellent way to soothe the nerves and direct the emotions toward a positive goal.”
Swami Vishnudevananda

Among my teachers are Rosana Ortega, Edgardo Caramella, Marcos Rojo, and Ester Massola.
My greatest inspirations are Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda

The weeks that begin with practicing Yoga with Cintya on Sunday nights are completely different. With her refined technique, warm voice, and captivating energy, Cintya seems to understand exactly what we need at that moment, always offering a different class. It’s amazing how just one hour of practice can transform both the body and mind.Igor & Gabi (Yoga students)

Cintya’s classes were enriching. In addition to the technical aspects, she helped me discover my voice with all its nuances. This not even to mention the therapeutic effect of the sessions.Samantha RomeroConference Interpreter

Classes with Cintya went far beyond voice over – the breathing exercises were almost a Voice Yoga. I still feel its benefits. A gift for life.Lara MoamarConference Interpreter
